Ready to ship items are mailed at the next available time that we can get to the post office. This may not be the same day but will be within 3 days of payment. Ready to ship is more to avoid the long wait times on production.

Yes, I will consider all custom orders. I will, however, only take on a limited number of custom orders per month and will only take on ones that I feel I can meet your expectations and vision. All custom orders will require a 50% deposit prior to starting any work, including the design process.

If you are looking to have a product made similar to what is listed (change leather or thread), then you can request a custom order.

An estimate of the hours it will take to create your custom item will be given you prior to starting.

ALL designs take minimum 1 hour to draw up and template - this is merely a starting point for you. All tooling projects are hugely time consuming and this will be outlined VERY clearly at the start. Although hard to give exact time frames, I will do my best to be transparent when quoting.

Custom orders are not subject to our regular production and shipping schedule and customers can expect long wait times. Current wait times are 10 weeks.

We encourage you to submit your ideas for a new product via our contact page. If we choose your suggestion you will get a gift card and the final prototype to show our appreciation.

Our production days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.Bonnie and Hide is a one woman show. I am passionate about each and every product I make, which demands lengthy processing times. There are never any shortcuts taken to speed up production times. All goods are prioritised in the order in which they are received.

Please expect our production time to take up to 3 or 4 weeks(at the very latest) on wallets and 1-2 weeks on all other stock, however during periods of high store activity there is the possibility of delayed shipping due to workload of 6 to 8 weeks.Ensure you check the time before you order, if you want the item as a gift (excluding ready to ship stock).

Due to the customised nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final.

If your item is custom made or personalized, a refund or replacement will be issued only in the event of product failure.

We ship with Australia Post exclusively unless specified otherwise.

We are at the mercy of their time frames and occasional delays. Please be nice when contacting about shipping - its 99% of the time, out of our control.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received. (During Sale Periods this can take up to 5 days to be shipped with high volumes of orders to be processed). We use prepaid regular post satchels.

We inspect items before dispatch. Once an item has been sent, Bonnie and Hide will no longer be responsible for goods shipped. If you require insurance, please send us an email upon purchasing.

Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems, please follow up with Australia Post to lodge an enquiry and we will do our best to assist you.

On occasion there could be the circumstance that I don't have enough leather to fulfill your order based on high store volume. I will however, contact you if this is the case and offer you a suitable alternative from either current stock or by ordering new leather.

Our products are heirloom quality and intended to be passed on through generations.

All items are guaranteed for life, if damage occurs through the fault of our craftsmanship, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

The lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect or normal wear and tear.

I always stipulate that your leather goods should be maintained with OUR leather balm at least every 12 months. Get yours here

If you prefer a particular style, then this is classed as a custom order and you will need to contact me via the contact page to get your order underway. Its simply too hard to cater everything, for everyone, all the time in ready to ship.

I highly recommend treating all leather goods with our leather balm (get yours here ) at least every 12 months. Read more here in the blog post for a more in depth explanation.

All products are hand made to order and as such, may vary slightly with each one. A complete description of each product is listed on the store and I will be sure to make my leather products as close the listing as possible.

Slight variations such as colour, abrasions, thickness, and suppleness of the leather can occur depending on the cut or type of leather used.
